You can download the Sony Xperia Z5 dual Nougat 7.1.1 ftf file from here. The file is the latest Android Nougat 7.1.1 ftf version 32.4.A.0.160. As I’m using Sony Xperia Z5 dual E6683, so don’t have any ftf of other Z5 version.
If you are also a user of E6683 then you can use it to flash Android Nougat 7.1.1 on your Xperia Z5 dual. Otherwise, consider to download the firmware by using XperiFirm and create the ftf using Flashtool.
